Tinderbox Kitchen’s menu is built around the Beech wood fired oven the lends woody, smoky notes to things like roasted local mushrooms, oven baked leeks and spice-rubbed lamb, as well as authentic pizzas made with hand-formed dough with an organic stone-milled flour base.
